1.

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of permitted and prohibited behavior on the Trellis platform. This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2.

General Conduct

You agree to use Trellis only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these guidelines. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.

Prohibited Activities

3.1 — Illegal Activity. You may not use the Service to facilitate any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. This includes money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, identity theft, or any financial crime.

3.2 — AI Abuse and Jailbreaking. You may not attempt to circumvent the safety measures or operational boundaries of the Ask Fig AI assistant. This includes prompt injection attacks, attempts to cause outputs that violate this AUP, "jailbreaking" techniques, systematic probing for exploitation, and using outputs to train competing AI products.

Enforcement: Confirmed attempts to jailbreak or abuse Ask Fig will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior warning or refund.

3.3 — Unauthorized Access. You may not attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service; breach security or authentication measures; or access data not intended for you.

3.4 — Service Integrity. You may not interfere with the Service; impose unreasonable load; use automated means without permission; reverse engineer the Service; or resell access.

3.5 — Impersonation. You may not impersonate any person or entity, or create accounts under false identities.

3.6 — Harmful Content. You may not transmit unlawful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable content; malware; content that infringes third-party rights; or spam.

3.7 — Misrepresentation of Outputs. You may not represent Fig's outputs as professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice to any third party. If you share Fig's outputs, you must indicate they were AI-generated and informational only.

4.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation, please report it to abuse@asktrellis.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

5.

Enforcement and Consequences

Violations may result in a written warning; temporary suspension; permanent termination; forfeiture of subscription fees; legal action; or referral to law enforcement. AI jailbreaking (Section 3.2) and illegal activity (Section 3.1) result in immediate permanent termination.

6.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
