Ask Fig ("Fig") is an AI-powered assistant integrated into the Trellis platform. Fig analyzes your financial data to provide informational insights, observations, and general educational content. By using Fig, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:
Fig is not a financial adviser. Fig is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, CPA, or licensed professional of any kind. Fig does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or legal counsel. Any output from Fig that appears to suggest a course of action is informational only.
AI can and does make mistakes. Fig uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information. You must independently verify any information provided by Fig before relying on it.
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Trellis and Fig do not assume any responsibility or liability for actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service.
No fiduciary relationship. Use of Fig does not create a fiduciary, advisory, professional-client, or any other special relationship between you and [Your LLC Name].
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
